Manolis Skouloudis (Vice Precident of the Board - Chief Oenologist)

Was born in 1949 in Ierapetra, Crete. In 1952 his family moved to Chalkida, where they all still reside. He graduated from the National University of Agriculture in Athens in 1973 and two years later he completed his specialization in Oenology (wine making). In 1978 he started his graduated studies in oenology in Bordeaux, France, receiving two M.Sc. degrees in oenology and wine tasting. At the same time he attended special courses in Business Administration for Winemaking firms and in the European Community legal framework in the field.

Mr. Skouloudis returned to Greece in 1980, where he started his own winemaking consulting office. In 1985 he started working in the E. Malamatinas & Son S.A. winemaking company as the head of the winemaking department. In 1990 he was promote to the CEO of the company, a position that he held until recently. In 1988 he founded --along with Anastassios Sabanis -- Evoiki S.A., a company that produces must, wine, concentrated must and other vineyard products.

Mr. Skouloudis is the president of the European Association of Vineyard Products and president of the Greek Concentrated Must Producer Association. He is the president of the Evia Chamber of Commerce and a member of the managing committee of the Evoiki Pisti bank of Evia.

Mr.Skouloudis has been appointed as the key speaker in many seminars and symposiums around the world regarding the EC agricultural policies in the filed of winemaking. He
has published articles in Greek and European magazines on these issues.

He is married to Vasiliki Skouloudi and he has three sons, Menelaos, Argyris and Zisis, and one daughter, Amata.


Menelaos Scouloudis (General Manager - Director of Business Development)

Menelaos Scouloudis previously was at McKinsey (New York and Athens) where he worked as an Engagement Manager. He is responsible for strategic planning and new business development at Velti, a software company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT, and a diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.


Argyris Skouloudis (General Manager)

Argyris holds a diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Chemical Engineering School of the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and two postgraduate degrees; an MSc in Computing Science from Imperial College London and an MSc in electronic Business Management from the University of Warwick.


Zissis Skouloudis

Zissis holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and a M.Sc. in Decision Science from London School of Economics and Political Science.

Marina Latsa (Quality Assurance Manager)

Marina works for INO since July 2007 as Quality Manager. She has a PhD in Food Freezing Processes and has worked as a Business Consultant and as a Quality Consultant, designing and implementing quality systems (ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, EN 17-25 etc) and business plans for the consulting companies KETA-PESE (2004-2007), EUCAT SA (2002-2004) and QUALICON ltd (2001-2002). She has also been a Quality Systems’ Auditor for the companies EKEBYL SA and URS MEDITERREANEAN. She has also worked as a programmer-analyst in INTRASOFT SA. In the research field, she has worked for the NTUA (1996-2001) in the Chemical Engineering department regarding quality in food freezing.
